Real Impact Advisors has launched fractional and grantee-support services for foundations
Philanthropy consultancy Real Impact Advisors (RIA) has rolled out new services providing foundations with fractional support and assisting them to help grantees in capacity building.
The fractional services focus on high-level start-up support, programmatic design, collaborative convening and action, the firm said in a statement issued this month.
“These will directly address critical gaps in the philanthropy sector and allow new and small foundations to launch and amplify their impact work,” RIA said.
The solution tackles the issue of many funders being “stuck with their grantmaking due to bandwidth or missing the right talent to execute”, it added.

“Many new foundations in Asia have strong ambitions but face implementation constraints, often due to the difficulty in hiring the right talent to execute strategic grantmaking effectively. And, navigating the complex philanthropic landscape in our region is not so easy,” RIA said.
