Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) skills are in focus in ManpowerGroup’s latest Employment Outlook, which found that more than nine-tenths of organisations globally, including those in Singapore, lack the necessary talent to meet their ESG goals.

In other news, Singapore’s Temasek Foundation has appointed Jennie Chua as its new chairman.
